Utelit managed services team is seeking for a junior network engineer for helpdesk support services and customer support.
- Helpdesk support services and 1st level support.
- Network equipment configuration and installation on customer site.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and report findings to 2nd level support.
- Monitoring NMS systems, including pro-active tasks and maintenance procedures.
- Customer information for issues, status of failures and solutions.
- A higher education degree related to computer science.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of networks and information technology.
